Titanmedia is an award-winning adult entertainment company that is growing rapidly. A new building was purchased with the goal of consolidating sales and office functions under the same roof with production and editing. Soundproofing was integrated into the facility design from the start with all new walls, doors and air conditioners. Due to an accelerated schedule, bidding and OTI permitting was broken up into several phases.
KDTV Channel 14 is the local affiliate of nationwide Spanish-language network Univision. From its humble beginnings, KDTV moved to the top floor of 50 Fremont - San Francisco's third highest office high-rise building in the financial district. The project encompassed the full scope of a TV station including satellite dishes and emergency generators on the roof as well as studio, controls, sales and administration on the 41st floor. For this project, David was Job Captain while working for Holey Associates.
Pomegranit, a video post-production and editing facility in San Francisco, won the San Francisco A.I.A. Interior Award of Merit 1999.

The project was the relocation of the entire agency to a new home on a tight budget and an aggressive schedule. Within 12 weeks, a drab building inhabited by a financial services company was transformed into a playground for the creative minds of FCB.
